All sales are final. We regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each of our product is quality checked thoroughly for defects before being packaged securely and dispatching out to our customers.
However, we will, at our discretion, accept returns or exchange of goods within 5 business days from the date the items are received and only if: 1) The product is damaged before it was received by you, or 2) there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery, and provided that i) the product is still in its original package, and ii) is accompanied by the relevant original invoices and documents in the package. We will not be responsible for the defective product if customer contacts Sloop Space after the 5 business days policy.
In the event of a defective product received, please get in touch with us by email at email@example.com , we will normally respond within 48 hours and will assist you on the process and how to return your item(s) if it is deemed returnable at our discretion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please send the item in its original packaging and include all papers and documents that are received with the packaging, please also include a proof of purchase (e.g. the original invoice). If you are shipping an item over US$ 200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive your returned item, we will examine the defective item and to assess its condition. If the defect or damage is under our responsibility, we will ship back a replacement to the customer. Only in the event the item is out of stock, we will suggest a substitute product or a refund.
In the event of a dispute, Sloop Space reserves the right to the final decision.
